Abstract

Software Architecture has emerged as a large body of knowledge in the last few years. A number of books got written, all major software engineering textbooks got revised and many of conferences are being held. This lecture will give a quick introduction to this area while concetrating on how to describe architectures.

About the Speaker

T V Prabhakar is a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He is currently on leave and working as a consultant to Satyam Learning Center in Hyderabad.
