Abstract

We present our adaptations of some clustering algorithms as required by the spacial conditions of the gene-expression data obtained from micro-arrays. Clusters are formed across temporal dimension and also other dimensions of the dataset. Algorithms need to adapt themselves to the large number of dimansions and small number of data points available.
