PART 1
The Indian Roller is on the window-ledge is more cognitively acceptable sentence than the window ledge is below the Indian Roller. This difference in acceptance of the two sentences has to do with there context since structurally and gramatically both are correct, since the Indian Roller is a bird and had come from some where and sat over the ledge the 1st sentence seams to also has this implicit concept more vivdly expressed than 2nd statement which seems to focus on the window ledge as if it is of more important contextually and someone kept this window ledge bellow thw Indian Roller. But the possibility and frequency on Indian Roller coming and sitting over the window ledge is far more than someone placing window ledge below Indian Roller, Hence the language which we use to communicate depends not only the structure but also on the inference of context in which we are using it heavily.

Nature of the energy use when using the light verb "utha": The light verb utha caries spontaneity with itself, like one happened to laugh spontaneously at something. It also happens to carry a lot of energy with itself as seen in example given by 1st subject "vo akhir kaar bol utha" that is at last he spoke off, this adds a bit of frustation, tolerance limit and anger compnent to speaking action which are relatively higher energy events.
