  * bug: undefined DER urls leads to failure
  
    If the optional variables PUBLIC_CERT_URL_DER/PUBLIC_CRL_URL_DER is
    not defined the target make update-url fails. Fixed now

  * upload both DER/PEM forms of certificates/CRLs
  
    - Again Mozilla is creating some pain here. They can handle PEM
      certificates but not CRLs. CRLs have to be in DER. This is pretty
      dumb (as are any binary formats).

  * Some particularly dumb programs like Firefox 3 is incapable
  of correctly handling DSA keys. So the default has been changed
