Having successfully completed this course, the student will be able to:

            

  • Will know Indian Cyber Laws, Cyber Strategy and Various Directives 
  • Will know the major Indian Cyber Security Agencies and their functioning
  • Will Understand the importance and necessity of legal provisions in fighting cyber attacks as technology solutions do not always protect enough and legal deterrents are required
  • Understand the importance of Cyber Security Policy at all levels of governance
  • Understand the process of formulating a cyber security policy 
  • Be aware of recent cyber attack case studies that had legal consequences
