Course:
Novel ideas from the state-of-the-art
I liked RA as it was something that I never did before.
Demands critical thinking
Challenging but a great learning curve
Group based RA was really good, which helped us study/explain together
My stage fear is gone after RA 2.2
Real life experience what research is like in memory systems
Less fundae more realistic thinking
Helped me in following skills: understanding code, reading and reviewing papers, presenting papers
Provides a holistic view of memory systems
Made me aware of a lot of unconventional things about memory systems
course was fun and fruitful overall
Definitely Recommended for students interested in Computer Architecture/Design
Bit heavy :) as I have done light and simple courses in last 22 years.
Last phase of the course was I think slightly heavy

Instructor:
Enthusiasm, Freedom to students to explore, caring
He understands the difference between apples and oranges
He motivates me to work by hating him
In the first lecture, he mentioned that this course is about learning and he kept his words
One-to-one interaction
Biswa expected that we should push ourselves
Persisted with his decisions even in adverse conditions
Pushes you to your maximum capacity
Strives for best quality work
I liked the way he taught in the class, made course material easily accessible all the time
Truly motivated and dedicated
Seems a nice guy overall :)
Few occasions got carried away
He did not provide spoon-feeding when I was needing it
He made me submit all assignments multiple times
Sometimes a little too critical to students
After mid-sem he was bit harsh, but later it was clear that he had his best intentions in mind and wanted all of us to learn
