We discussed few points related to temporal partitioning and talk about a time window of delta in which we shuld not schedule anything and just make sure all the pending requests are responded before the end of the interval.

Many enhancements were discussed to improve the performance further. The class did not conclude on the notion of spatial partitioning and the value of t and delta. It is encouraged to find the same by next lecture.

 

Biswa claimed that this is an important problem that Industry is trying to solve and gave an example of real cloud systems where DRAM latency was directly correlating with the hamming weight of the victim's private key.
