Infosys Technologies, Bangalore has set up two Infosys Fellowships for those interested in pursuing the PhD program in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kanpur.

Salient Features

• The fellowship will be used to support the fellow for 3.5-4 years.
• During the period the fellow will receive an annual grant between Rs.2.25 and Rs.2.50 lakhs. Out of this grant, Rs. 1.8 lakhs (Rs.15,000 per month) will paid as stipend.
• The remaining money can be utilized by the fellow for purchase of books, journals, payment of tuition fee, and travel for domestic and international conference attendance.

Selection

The students who have secured admission into the Ph.D. program are eligible for selection as Infosys Fellow. A separate application on plain paper must be submitted for the same at the time of entrance test/interview.
