Presentation slides for each chapter are being provided in powerpoint (zipped) so instructors can modify them to suit their style. Most of the material in a chapter, except some advanced concepts, are covered in the slides. Some supplementary notes (generally in pdf) are also given for different chapters. The slides are copyright of the author. Instructors are permitted to freely use the slides as teaching aids in courses in academic institutions. For using them in commercial training, contact the author.

A suggested course schedule for a semester course, along with suggestions on organization of the course project, is given here. This is based on what the author follows in his course.
